Outplacement and Career Management
Wendy regularly provides training in the areas of managing change, customer service, communication skills, team building and career transition. Wendy also has extensive experience working in human resources, including recruitment processes, interviewing, induction and performance management. In addition, Wendy is a qualified counsellor and uses both knowledge and intuition to provide support in the workplace with a special interest in grief and loss. A key area of expertise and passion for Wendy is outplacement and career transition support. This enables her to provide coaching and guidance for people as they work towards securing their next role, running their own business or retiring from the workplace.
